Wonderful example of a top notch YMCA. Towel service is great and overall the facility is clean. Men's sauna very nice.

Tremendous variety of group classes and group activities - Masters swimming, Triatholon training, etc. I would like the small group personal training classes to come back.

i like the basketball court and egym setups at the MV Y. We also have utilized summer camps.

I like the variety of classes and wonderful instructors, particularly Kim L ( intro to strength), Kathleen ( ( Laura too) and Celine.

If you want need to be improved: I would add that the parking is horrible. Time between classes is too short for the parking to be available. The parking police are very friendly, but most watch non Y people to park at the Y and walk across the street. This also impacts parking.

The Y is a great community and a place where anyone can belong. It meets the needs and exercise requirements for a wide variety of people from young families to older people.

Very friendly staff and participants. I enjoy many of the classes - core conditioning, yoga lates and spin.

As a charter member I could not imagine being without the energy and inspiration that the Y offers me. Enjoy the classes and sessions available and treasure the connections/friendships

The gym always feels clean and the staff is very friendly. I wish there were some exercise classes for those of us in between youthful and needing a chair class.

I've only been there once, but found it very welcoming. And there are lots of classes to choose from in the future.

A nice variety of classes to try. I love that "normal" people teach the classes. Don't have to be skinny, and regular body type is good.
