I enjoy my workouts at the Y. I try to come in at least thre times a week. However this pass week has been difficult with all the Smoke in the area it is difficult to make it in.
So should be back after Thanksgiving.
I enjoy the yoga, Pilates classes. Staff always makes us feel welcome and membership is affordable.

The expertise of some of the instructors brings me back every day, especially Celine!! She is amazing. I have been taking classes for over 40 years at different gyms and she is in the category of some of the Best!
What I would not say the Y is highly rated is cleanliness on the machines!! Almost everyday I see very dirty looking machines. I think the Staff when they go in at 4am should look at each and IF dirty ask the custodian to clean again.
I also feel there should be much more interaction with the Staff in the back large workout room. They sit at their computers and talk to each other OR clients IF they approach them BUT DO NOT consistently walk around to see IF machines are working OR IF people need help!
I helped a woman the other day who was new because the Staff person showed her in 5 min the machine and she didn't understand but he had left!! He should have stayed longer watched her on the machine and ask her to sign up for machine orientation!
I would outside of the things noted above give the Y a 10.The front desk people are very courteous and friendly!
Great instructors
Kids Club child watch is the highlight for us. Both our 3 and 7 year old love kids club. Meena, Faith, Holly and all the wonderful staff at your Kids Clubs are like family. They are the highlight of the Y for us.
Comprehensive, free classes, diverse (everything from ping pong to dance lessons)
I like the pool and the clean locker rooms and hot showers and the clean well lit and well ventilated gym area.
There are many good programs and activities. They are also offered at various times. This flexibility helps everyone to fit exercise into their busy life.
Only one problem is that some of the programs overlap each other. So you have to choose one over the other.
The upbeat nature of the instructors. The way they watch to see if you're struggling, and help.
The kids. I love seeing the kids happy to come.

Classes taught by instructors, such as Celine and Kim L, who know safe techniques, are personable, and make exercise fun and rewarding!

I like that there are different kinds and choices of group exercise classes. And specifically step aerobics on Sat. & Sun. late mornings.

Most instructors are quite good and it's helpful to work out with other people.
Nice facility. Good classed and convenient location.
I participate in Yoga/pilates with Doods twice a week and love it! She is a rock star at the Y and her music is legendary ! I am also part of the Master's swim team and Lori and the other coaches are knowledgeable and fun!
What I do not like is the parking problem and the pool water!
