I bring my kids swimming here in the summer holidays on Fridays. Rest of the days is crowded due to the summer campers so we have to make do.

Like the weights and Tai Chi class. Also like all the different classes even though I don’t go to them.
Would like Silver ‘N Fit for the Y. Many of us qualify for or have free 24 Hour Fitness memberships. Some have left the Y.
Socialization
The staff for the classes are fun and engaging, making you feel like it's not a workout. It makes you want to keep coming back!!

Great facility and good staff.
There a many programs to meet the various needs of the individual. There are programs for older adults/ seniors “enhanced fitness” that assist with strengthening the body to help prevent falls. It improves balance also. Classes in general are fun, encouraging and provide a fun and safe environment. Members encourage members at whatever level you’re are at. Instructors are passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. There is a sense of community because there are members who play games or have lunch together after their workout. This is welcomed by the staff. There is something for everybody including programs for children. Finally, programs like the health fair and Halloween party are examples of events that go above and beyond as they help to develop the y community.

I love all the programs for seniors. I also enjoy participating in all the swimming classes and I am grateful that you have separate times for kids to have free swim. Sometimes pools get too rowdy and I love that this does not happen at the YMCA. Thank you for everything I love being a member!
