I like the 3 gym classes Monday Wednesday friday and love meditation class
I a abandoned the yoga class where we have to lay down and stand up all the time and open our arms very long while the teacher walk and talk for » hours »i feel it is really not respectful to create so much difficulties and not doing it herself.
Yoga is much more than this. i love yoga with the blond hair teacher but don’t go very often. Because i need more muscles firsf but her class changes is not always the same. And that is great. I would love that more if we could do it more slowly more profoundly.really.breazing and movement together deeply. It is too sast truly.

Great programs & activities. YMCA helps me stay active and healthy. Great staff! they always greet everyone as we come into the facilities. Great instructors and very knowledgeable. My personal trainer, Misty, is very knowledgeable and she has developed a personal training plan for me. She is very patient. Ewa, Ana and Carmen always have a smile for everyone as we come in. Keep up the great work!

I think Mahi and Laure are doing pretty good. I observed Mahi paying attention to each swimmer, correcting them when needed and giving swimmer instructions verbally but beutifully by showing them how to do various swimming styles at the same time Laura focusing on other swimmers. I think duo is doing good work. Keep up the good work!
