The gym is very comfortable. I love the atmosphere. It's not like any other gym I've been to. I would prefer a couple more pieces of equipment and a stretching area, but otherwise it's good.

Classes for the elderly
You offer a variety of programs that satisfy many interests (from salsa to swimming, etc.). I enjoy using your equipment while being able to watch different TV programs. I appreciate that you're open daily and your facility is immaculate. You have nice staff as well. This is a very peaceful environment.

Large room with many equipments, nice and clean. shower room also very clean. Wish you can have a bigger, deeper (9ft) swimming pool.

I like the programs and instructors
All exercises are good for your health, except that the indoor pool smells of bleach which is not good for people with asthma and heart problems.
Friendly, classes
In the first 3 lessons, I was really impressed with my two children's growing comfort in the water, excitement for class, and eagerness to learn. We look forward to continuing swim lessons at the Y and I am excited to see them learn to swim.

Lost of options for classes and kids

We have two kids in this location:
1) Ms. Beth is the best swimming instructor! We've been coming from the East Bay to take classes with her because she is simply the best! She has full control of the class, and the kids trust her. We've seen amazing progress in her classes.
2) For other classes, the ratio of kids to instructors is very high, specifically if there is a single student with special needs. Therefore, whilst one instructor is busy with one kid, the rest of the kids only have one instructor and spend a lot of time waiting for their turn—this doesn't leave room for any progress.
Our high rating goes to Ms. Beth. We drove all the way to San Jose just to take classes with her because it was totally worth it, and I wish she would teach more classes so both of our kids could benefit from her amazing skills and approach.
