You have many activities, this is very nice.

My kids are making good progress in swim lessons. Ms. Laura (Pre-K Stage 3) and Ms. Beth (Grade School Stage 1&2) have both been excellent teachers to my children this session. I'm looking forward to having my 3 year old start lessons in the next session as well.

The workers are friendly mindful and courteous. The gym is clean programs for everyone

The variety for all ages and abilities. The instructors are knowledgeable and care for the well-being of members. The variety of equipment and ability to work on personal programs.

All the senior classes especially the water ones because they have helped me with my achy joints more than physical therapy that my orthopedic surgeon sent me to last year

I like to work out also the swimming class and meditation class the two instructors are very good teaching the class.

All the activities are great for children and adults also the schedules are great

It helps my kids understand team work and social interaction

Zumba, senior fit, aqua zumba, U-Jam. Also I joined a book club and met other women.
