What do you like about our [en]programs and activities[/en][es]programa y actividades[/es]?

So far I'm just taking the Gentle Yoga class, Saturday at 11 a.m. I loved Manuela, and I miss her, but Sylvia is wonderful, and I love her too. The way she brings her meditation training into yoga is really special, and she seems aware of everyone in the class. I hope she stays forever.

I would like to use some of the standing equipment, such as the stationary bicycles, but I have to work up to that a little bit. I like that they're readily available.

Circuit training classes in gym and weight room. Trainers in weight room to answer questions. Led Mill Barre class, wide range if yoga classes scheduled up to 7/8:00.

I love the classes. There is not gym better than the ymca. I wish you had boxing classes.

I like to do yoga and I like the water classes. They help me relive joint pain and keep me moving. The classes make me feel better.
