People at the facility are friendly and working out is comfortable. The facilities are kept clean and there are regular upgrades and refresh of the equipment.
Pls add more group classes such as yoga and body pump!
The instructions are very helpful and nice. So far I have had two yoga classes one with Gigi and the other with Daniel. They are good.
I also like working on the stair climber and haven’t tried the other machines yet. Glad I joined the Y. Wish my husband and son would go too,

We loved that our grandkids looked forward to swim classes. Thank you everyone in the front desk as well for helping out on the spot and being friendly.
I like that my whole family can go there and have something to do. My daughter works out, my younger daughter swims, my son plays basketball and I can do several things.
You have an indoor basketball court. Most Y's don't.
You have 3 pools including one just for kids. Most Y's don't.

I'm still new and am still exploring my way around. So far I've liked everything that I have done there wich includes, using both free wieghts , machine weights, swimming pool, and cardio.
I am retired and in my mid seventies and appreciate the variety of programs available for Seniors on a daily basis. The instructors I have tried are fabulous both skilled and encouraging. My favorite programs (so far) are Land Fitness, Water Aerobics, Pilates, and Restorative Stretch. I also enjoyed many Senior Fitness classes. Another special thing about the classes are the other attendees who are very warm and friendly. I also appreciate the friendly front staff - especially Jill.
Gigi's Vinyasa yoga on Wednesday nights is the best! She's a wonderful teacher and lovely person. One of the highlights of my week is attending her class.
The instructor Evita at adult group swim lesson was awesome. She was professional, patient and kind.
She was focussed and consistent. At adult stage 3 & 4, she taught me to excel on all strokes and diving. She swims great and taught me with lot of passion for swimming.
She is inspiring and has a positive attitude!
Everything is fine like the swimming, basketball yard and the lifting equipments. However, I am a little disappointed that nobody didn’t give us any tour and explain to us how the hot tub works, swimming pool rules, the kids things. The receptionist just tell us to figure it out. Thank you.
Great experience at the outdoor pool. Helpful and kind lifeguards and nice atmosphere (music playing, nice chairs and shade, workout equipment being used outdoors, basketball hoop in pool).

Swiming, exercise classes. Staff is welcoming especially Jill she makes my worst days so much better. My teenage son and preteen daughter enjoy everytime we go to the Y and hopefully make it into a habit. I need ro lose 50lbs.

I went to an aqua fitness class with Gigi on Saturday at 10 am and it was the best class! The teacher was very fun and joyous and the work-out included a full body work-out and lots of cardio. I absolutely loved the class. I will be back!
I enjoy being part of Central YMCA and currently I am only attending water aerobics. I do attend other Y's also. I really like the atmosphere, the front desk people are always kind and helpful as well as friendly, including Jill, who was one of the first people I met at this particular Y!
I love the instructors for the classes and the sub's are excellent too. The instructors are people that really care.
