The check-in process is incredibly smooth and organized, which immediately set a positive tone for the day. The efficiency and professionalism displayed by the team on the pool deck are truly impressive.
I am absolutely thrilled with the commitment and enthusiasm of the staff, both in and outside of the pool. They create such a welcoming and supportive environment, which makes all the difference in fostering a love for swimming for my daughter. It’s clear that this team is dedicated to providing the best experience for everyone involved.

The swimming program is very good, everything is on time and the instructors are very professional.
I love the aqua fitness in a deepwater pool. I like the variety of exercise equipment available to compliment the exercise Rx I got after completing Pulmonary Rehab at El Camino and being given two (2) free months of YMCA membership.
While I was using the Sunnyvale senior center to access the exercise equipment as a low cost option, they didn’t have all the same equipment available to help me exercise safely.
Additionally, I like the fact that I can use any YMCA, so I can do some at Central Y, some at Morgan Hill’s Y and some at El Camino Y throughout the day. Hopefully, I’ll be able to continue to afford this expense after my free trial ends.
The variety of classes is very nice . There seems to be something for everyone, and offered at various times and The teachers of the group classes are excellent
I had never heard of a wristband for non-swimmers at the other YMCA’s immediately the staff offered it to me. They offered us advice while we’re in there with my daughter who can swim they gave us our tour. They were extremely friendly and they took care of my child’s summer camp in one dayfor her certifications. They did not do that at the other YMCA. It took over a month and they did not take care of that excellent excellent excellent service at YMCA Central.
The staff is very helpful and kind.
I like the variety of programs and activities available. Even though I don't benefit from all of them (ex. childcare, summer programs, etc), I'm happy that they are available for the community.

I love that there are 2 pools, indoor and outdoor, that the lanes are clearly marked and the hot tub.
Our daughter is a part of the youth basketball program. Coaches Andy and JD are both great!
