Water aerobics
Excellent trainer who keeps me motivated to come to the YMCA weekly to do circuit training, elliptical, and stretching. Ryan Zeid is caring and works within my parameters of workout frequency and duration.
I like the variety of yoga & aquatic group exercise you have. I especially like that you various days & times for these activities.

Accessible - lots of times and different activities. Non-threatening atmosphere. Instructors and members are friendly and make you feel welcome.
Swimming lessons.
Not only the staff but the other members are really welcoming. One thing: There were 48 people in the inside pool for two classes of aqua aerobics on Sunday morning and only one lifeguard.
It is good for kids and families

The group ex classes, especially Body Attack! The warm friendliness of the instructors and overall cleanliness of the facility!
Plenty of equipment and nice locker room. Friendly staff.
Pool has lap lanes all day, Y has lots of classes and long open hours, and the spin class on Saturday morning was great!
Wide variety of classes
I love that the family programs are included in the membership - it's such a great deal compared to doing standalone classes elsewhere

Basketball gym is very clean and the court floor is perfect for playing basketball.

The staff makes it like my own club. Kim Miller, Marni Jasso, Sherry Lima, Nancy Britton, and even Rick! Also, Julian, Rosa, and the front desk.

The reason I joined Central Y was the variety of water aerobic classes you have and that you have a deep indoor pool. I love that you have 10:00 and 11:00 water aerobic classes. I wish that you had the 11:00 M-F. As a recently retired person, I don't want to get up early.
I just found the Low Impact class. That's a good class, too.
I like everything about the Central Y! Especially the staff - they are fabulous!
Like the programs but limitation as to usage is a problem. Programs fir children are great. I find more and more that I am limited on equipment and schedule. Too many people and not enough equipment and program schedule to meet the demand.
