Great customer service and quick deliveries!
The customer service(Tina) was great. The installer Jason was great. The driver that brought the propane to finish filling up was friendly. Everything that was discussed and the timing of it being done was right on time. You have great people working for you.
The reason I did not give you a 10 was due to the future rental fee. I know in the past when I called the rental fee was waived if you used so much and / our neighbors are not charged the rental fee at all that had theirs installed couple of years ago. I know this turns people off when I mention it .

Fine services overall. I am able to get a person on the phone who can speak English well enough for me to understand. I could not give it a 10 because I had a person come to my house unannounced to deliver propane when I didn't order any. My contact says "on request."
So far so good. We just had a tank installed and everything went as promised and planned. We have yet to need a refill and will reserve judgement on this issue until we have it filled.
I would suggest you better inform customers on your contact procedures. I was concerned when calls to answer questions were going to Monroe as I had been dealing with the Lugoff office. Once it was explained to me that calls to Monroe will be relayed to the Lugoff office and that this is how you operate I felt better about dealing with you. When I first went to Lugoff to inquire about service nothing was said about this leading me believe I would be strictly dealing with the Lugoff office. Just a bit of clarity on this issue up front would have been a help to me.

Having an option for a payment plan where I know how much I owe will be the same each month. As a senior citizen that's very helpful because getting a large bill every few months can be difficult too manage. Auto refill is also great.
Using an easy-to-call my local office for refills. Don't like it when a get rerouted to a another office somewhere.
