CONGENIALITY - Snow blower repair department was excellent. - told tech was was wrong with my machine....gave me a ball park estimate and machine was repaired overnight and ready the next day. Service personnel could not have been nicer and they also help me get my machine in and out of my car. Extremely satisfied with their efficient service and repairs. Thank you so much !

By far, the BEST experience we’ve ever had purchasing an SE bicycle for our son. This is our 4th SE bike purchase (two boys), and I wish we had gotten them all from Merrick Bicycles. Danny, the owner, could not be any kinder, helpful and accommodating. He made our entire purchasing process comfortable and confident. And their selection is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. They were so nice and explained all about SE bikes and were very informative. I had no idea what my daughter wanted and they were very helpful. We started at the RVC location and they told us what we were looking for and sent us to Merrick which had exactly what she wanted.
