Hi, I like the workmanship of your repairs.
My only feedback is that when paying $ 99 for the basic service which includes adjusting the brakes and also paying for the brake pads, since mine were worn, it is petty to charge to mount the new pads (4 nuts). The customers should get something for the $ 99 fee.
On the other hand, I agree that an additional charge for installing more complex items such as Cassette or Derailleur should have an additional charge based on time to install, which is beyond the basic fee.

My honest opinion on Merrick Bicycles is fantastic. They greet you as soon as you walk in, you are treated with respect etc. I have never had any bad experiences with them. I have bought lots of things for all my other bikes here and the products are great. Just recently I brought my bike in to add new a whole gear setup and I have to say, they did their thing. I have not had a single problem and, they fixed things on my bike I didn’t ask for. As soon as I noticed it I recommended my friend to come to the shop to get repairs or products. Overall 5 stars highly recommend👍🏾

The staff there was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out a bike for my 12 year old and nine year old. They advised me on the right size. They also installed the accessories my kids picked out, including the air tags. Highly recommend this store.
Very friendly and on point service. Dropped a bike off in the early afternoon, which needed a lot of tending to, and had it back before they closed. The price was very reasonable! I thought it was going to be more. Highly recommended.
