They're awesome
The Jet Charge team installed our wall charger and they have been a delight to work with. The team came to our property on time (actually 10mins early) and the guys who installed our charger are very friendly and easy to deal with. They provided us with information how to use the charger and they have been asking us throughout the installation about ideas and opinion how we want to best place the charger. Overall it was a great experience provided by the Jet Charge team.

Fast and friendly service. The installer did a very neat job that looks as good as it can. He hid wires where possible and cleaned up everything. I also received very good service from the admin department when booking and getting quotes. Very impressed from start to finish.

Wallbox is easy to use but need to be very close to it to update its software (weak Bluetooth connection?) - had to almost touch my phone on the wallbox unit.
Installation request/quote was handled promptly and professionally as well as accommodating (my wallbox installation happened on next business day after car delivery).
