Your customer service was excellent. Conan was extremely helpful over the phone on both occasions that I rang. He was able to give me appropriate advice and in essence, save me money. The installation was also really easy - the electricians were friendly and also gave great advice. Their work was second-to-none and they cleaned up after themselves. What I liked about the service Jet Charge provided me was that it was prompt, professional, and the charge unit has been excellent.
After the initial installation, there was an interface problem with the lights in the installation area and I was very impressed that they returned within a very short period of time and corrected the issue. This was a level of service that is not easily found these days.
I would strongly recommend Jet Charge to anybody seeking a similar product.
