All of the staff is friendly and treat the patients with kindness and respect. I had a problem making my appointment on time but they fitted me into Dr Patels schedule on a busy day. The Doctor and staff do not rush you and answer any questions.

Dr. Chavin clearly communicated the options for my BPH condition .He answered all my questions and concerns on the procedures. I expressed my expectations as far as the results that I was looking for from the aquablation procedure and he was able to deliver a 100% .
