She asked us what area we would like to look at & what type of care our family member needed, then she gave us info on the different facilities, lined up tours of several places that we were interested in & met us at the tours & helped ask/answer questions. We could call her with additional questions & she was ALWAYS so helpful, quick to respond & very kind & caring. We highly recommend Care Patrol!!
