She asked us what area we would like to look at & what type of care our family member needed, then she gave us info on the different facilities, lined up tours of several places that we were interested in & met us at the tours & helped ask/answer questions. We could call her with additional questions & she was ALWAYS so helpful, quick to respond & very kind & caring. We highly recommend Care Patrol!!

From submitting a request to the first visit, I felt a priority. That feeling remained after more visits and after I needed a short break as it was overwhelming. Additional follow up without feeling pushed, but allowing me to consider and take my time before moving forward. Would I recommend them?
