I was in a desperate situation trying to find a place for my father with 24 hour care so he could be released from the hospital. Jenna Miller and the team at Care Patrol found a wonderful place for my father to move in to right away. Jenna knew I was a total wreck and took the lead. She guided, counseled and has even checked in on us after the move into the assisted living home. The one thing you can tell straight away is that Jenna truly cares for those she helps. I couldn’t be happier with my fathers new home and I will be forever grateful for Jenna and Care Patrol.
Care Patrol went above and beyond helping with memory care placement for my mom. They helped navigate facility tours, details about each facility and with meeting the staff at each facility we toured. Erica was so knowledgeable and helpful. She continues to follow, making sure my mom’s transition to a new facility is going well for everyone involved. Care Patrol is truly a 10/10 and made this transition a successful experience.

Jenna helped me and my sisters find the perfect place for our mom. It was a tough decision to have our mom go into assisted living but Jenna made that transition smooth for all of us girls and more importantly, for our mom.

Very prompt with initial contact with me, when hospital referred my friend's case to them for help finding an assisted living facility. Within 24 hours of that first conversation, I received an email with a list of facilities that would accept him, in his situation. They said up a tour appt with the 2 I was interested in. One of their reps was with me on each tour. From first contact on Monday, to that same week on Friday, we had confirmed his move in date, transferring smoothly from rehab to them. It was very important that my friend not go back to his apartment, as he was no longer ale to care for himself.
God answered our prayers with this wonderful organization.
