Very helpful. Took me to the places to see what they had to offer. Johnathan had so much information and was very helpful. Answered all my questions and let me know they can help the entire way through everything. Found a place for my dad. Helpful contacts as well as they can help you with estate and VA contacts.
Awesome!
My experience was great. I would highly recommend them.
Krystal was so caring and seemed to really care about my Uncle’s well being. She was very calming spirit at a very stressful time.
They really listened to my concerns and expectations and helped me find a great place for my dad in a short amount of time
In one word, Jonathan.
Very professional and personable--they took the extra time and care to make sure that my loved one was placed in an atmosphere that best met her needs.
Jonathan was thorough and sensitive to our situation. I'm grateful for all his help and recommendations . Name removed
Jonathan Clark was very helpful and genuinely concerned about my aunt and her placement in a location that would be the best place for her and her financial ability.
Jonathan did a great job of listening to needs I see for my 96 year old mom, who I have been living with and caring for in our home the past 16 months .
After one phone discussion, he graciously, quickly, found me 4 different homes to visit so that I could see what this new type facility for assisted living looks like with residents.
The fourth home we visited, in north Durham, was perfect for my mom. Although it took some patience and negotiation, we were able to arrive at a contract that fits Mom's budget.
After touring the home Mom is excited about moving there, a bit later this month.
I am very grateful that when my mom was discharged from Duke Regional hospital in September that her case manager referred us to Jonathan and his wonderful CarePatrol business. Although both my mom and dad (back in 2012, now deceased) have both lived in traditional, large assisted living institutions, I had no idea that this new type of care facility, with no more than 6 residents, even existed.
It is so comforting to know that Mom will get much more personal care, including for her dietary needs, than she ever could in the understaffed big facilities.
Thank you, Jonathan and Reba!

My sister and I needed to find an assisted living facility for our 89 year old mother. The process of looking on your own is like a full time job but with no instructions on how to go about it. CarePatrol took much of our stress away and set up all the visits for us after meeting with us and getting to know our needs. I have already given two friends their contact number.
Danielle has been nothing short of amazing. So blessed and thankful for her.
Helpful
Jonathan was very attentive and knowledgeable.
Prompt in answering questions and amazingly available.
Jonathan Clark was wonderful to work with.
Their effectiveness and genuine concern in finding a suitable place for my loved one in record time is truly commendable!
Danielle was very helpful. She helped us last year but we had decided to try to keep dad a home. Now it was rally time to find a place. We were able to place my dad with what we believe is a great match for his needs. She was very patient with me and my family as we ask question and toured places.

We were very impressed with Danielle Meaux's professionalism and compassion in assisting us with a timely placement for my mother.
The CarePatrol was a great resource for my family. We needed help for my grandfather and the group acted quickly. It was good they did within days we had to make a huge decision. It was the right one and they informed us we are clients for life.
Thank you for your assistance.
It is our great, good fortune to have been guided by Danielle Meaux in finding memory care that fits my brother’s complex set of needs. Being 62 years old and diagnosed 3 years ago with moderate Alzheimer’s, he was the youngest and 1 of 4 male residents at a memory care facility. In July 2022, he began exhibiting periodic aggressive behaviors toward staff. On January 18, after having struck the staff person attempting to shave him, he was discharged and sent me with him to the hospital Emergency Department where the social worker connected me by phone to Danielle with CarePatrol. Within 2 days, she had reviewed the memory care facility’s reports on my brother, spoken with the ED nurse on her observations of my brother, and set-up appointments for my wife and me for the following week with three potentially safer facilities (more male residents and staff specifically trained to manage behavioral issues). Danielle had accompanied our tour of each facility and would call the ED nurse to alert her on when to expect the facility’s nurse to conduct my brother’s assessment. It was obvious to us that Danielle has a warm history and respectful relationship with each facility’s Sales Director. The assessment results and local management had determined they could care for my brother, but corporate level management would not approve due to his record indicating a potential safety risk for other residents. Danielle had communicated this very disappointing news and with sincere empathy for my brother having been in the ED for 8 days. She offered the strategy of pursuing independent, rather than corporate-owned, facilities. On day 10, she had arranged for us and her to tour an independent memory care facility on Saturday that has several male staff, on-site medical services, and individualized care plans. By Monday, we moved my brother into his room and Danielle was there to welcome us…of course!
Working with CarePatrol was such a great experience. Jonathon’s expertise took the stress out of placing my family member at an assisted living home. I am forever grateful.
The assurance of knowing that every effort was being made to find the right placement for my Dad.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful. We were listened to and our concerns were taken into account. The followup was and is great.
The time and energy you put into making sure I was comfortable with the facilities you recommended. It took mere minutes to pull the entire experience into motion. Thank you for everything. I would recommend you to any family in need of a place for their loved ones.
Jonathon was an invaluable help to steer me through the process of placing my husband. I had not nor ever would have planned for this, and had a short timeline, and he was able to answer all of my questions and that gave me peace of mind.
My experience working with Jonathan is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He was thorough and helped me with his expertise to navigate the process. I didn't know what to ask or look for and he helped guide me thru it all.

Our family member had been independent until she was hospitalized, and then sent to rehabilitation to regain her strength. As time went on we knew our sister/aunt would no longer be able to live alone. We wanted her to be in a good facility but affordability was an issue as well. I didn’t know anything about CarePatrol until I was given a lead by the rehabilitation center where she was a resident. CarePatrol has been a lifesaver. Once I made the phone call to inquire about their services, CarePatrol’s representative, Krystal, went into action. She clearly explain CarePatrol’s services and assured complete satisfaction. She sent me a list of assisted living facilities. However, she was focused on one in particular that she thought would meet her needs on every level; and we are very satisfied. Krystal, is extremely professional, and very personable. I really felt like I was talking with someone who genuinely cared about our family member as much as we do. I highly recommend Care Patrol of Durham/Chapel Hill and very appreciative of your services. Thank you, Peggie F.
