Krystal who contacted me early on, is very professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. She didn't stop when she referred us to a facility that was farther away than I wanted to travel, and I really appreciate that because when someone is very dear to you, and can no longer handle their affairs, there's a lot going on. You do need someone that is willing and able to assist you in making certain decisions.
Danielle was extremely helpful in locating a place for my parents and narrowing the options. Her perspective, shared apart from the facility reps, was a great benefit.

visited their recommended locations. I choose one and am very happy. It is scary how high the costs are but once they understand what the needs are they are full speed ahead. Jonathan is the best! I have used him and Care Patrol twice. They were so helpful the first time that there wasn't any question that I was going to use them the second time. Jonathan was my stress reliever (angel). He does the research and narrows down the options depending on your needs. He is a 10+.
They provided us with options on where to place Mom. I was met at every location all around the state for every facility I chose to visit. Finding a new home for my mother was a frazzling process until we contacted Care Patrol of Durham and they stepped up majestically and now Mom is in a wonderful AL facility and we are all very happy. They are a great repository of people who can help with moving, funding, etc. I highly recommend them.
