This is the first time my brother and I have personally gone through this situation, and I wish we knew about CarePatrol sooner. We contact Chris and the moment we met him you could tell he genuinely cared about finding the right place for our mom. Chris' knowledge and connections helped take some pressure off of a stressful situation. He helped us every step of the way and even after we found the perfect place for our mom.
For the limited amount of time I was in touch with Ashley, I was very pleased with how responsive she was to any questions we had. It was also a big plus to have her with us as we toured two facilities. She also provided information we did not know about regarding other avenues of funding for which we could apply. I learned upon contacting Ashley that she had already been helping my friend find assisted living months earlier but had lost contact with her. It was great to see Ashley take up where they had left off.

I have worked with Julie Miller, senior advisor and owner of the Care Patrol franchise, for the last six years and have always found her to be both professional and personable. Mike Link was so responsive especially considering I established contact from another state (DE) and set up an initial viewing with my Dad, brother and myself the day I got into Ohio. He sent me great info packets, answered my many questions and continued to do so even some protestations from an uncooperative father. But within weeks we managed to get my Dad into a facility matching his needs!

She also facilitated interviews and obtained information I needed when making my decision. In a couple of weeks, she helped me achieve a goal that I had made little progress towards in over two years. My loved ones are now settled in a community that is even better than anything I had hoped for.
