Aletha! That’s what/who I liked about CarePatrol! She treated my situation with my parents as if I was her only client. She was supportive and empathetic and listened intently so that she fully understood the nuances of each of my parents and both of them as a married couple. Finding a home for the next chapter of life for parents is an overwhelming task, but Aletha assisted with knowledge, wisdom, and a gentle touch.

April Haskins did an awesome job working with us to find our 96 year old mother the BEST next “home”. She asked good appropriate questions in the beginning & throughout our search which enlightened us about Jan’s WWII veteran spouse eligibility for a unexpected benefit that relieved our family of some added stress.
She was an excellent “go between” that set convenient appointments for visits to assisted living facilities that provided several opportunities for us to make the best decision for our mother.
