Ron at Care Patrol has been a tremendous resource. He listened to our desires and concerns with genuine care. He introduced us to several retirement communities and ultimately showed us a development we were very excited about for our family member. He has been readily available for additional questions about future care etc and very helpful. Our family member is now in a community that Ron helped us find and select, she is happy, comfortable in her surroundings and engaging with the community. Aletha set up 2 tours of assisted living facilities for the family to take into consideration for their loved one. She is very knowledgeable of the process and different amenities which we found to be extremely helpful. She was great!

They helped me to navigate a very confusing transition tryihng to find an assisted living facility for my loved one that could meet her needs. They set up all the tours with locations that met our criteria and the times I was off work. They met me onsite at each place and asked the questions I did not know to ask so we could try to make an informed decision.
They are very supportive, knowledgeable, and there if you need help.
Aletha was very helpful and compassionate, she pointed us in the right directions when we had no idea what to do or expect.
Deana was very helpful again in locating a new facility for my mother in law. We moved into the next state and my mother in law wanted to be closer. Deana suggested a place and made arrangements for us to visit. She came along with us as well, while we met with the new facility to get information and a tour. My mother in law has now moved in. I can't thank Deana enough for her wonderful insight and help.
Aletha was amazing. I am forever grateful. She guided me through this process to help with my father in law during a crisis time for us. Her questions and attention to detail to find the best facility were perfect. She made the experience of a very difficult time bearable and actually relieved stress. Aletha and Ron have been wonderful to work with. Placing your loved one in assisted living is incredibly stressful and I was grateful to have guidance so that someone could help navigate things. To top it all off the first place was not a good fit and they have continued to provide assistance to work through those things and ultimately to try and advocate on our behalf for a smooth transiiton to a new place.
I was connected with the Senior Care Consultant April Hoskins CDP, with regards to Assisted Living arrangements for my family member. She quickly contacted me with potential opportunities that would be suitable. Per her suggestion, I visited the top three sites. Due to the quick turnaround required, she visited the hospital and fully explained everything. The discharge to Assisted Living went flawless. My family member is very happy and gratefull!
