We are so grateful to Deana for helping us find an assisted living option for our mother! We were referred to Deana by someone else, and when I reached out to her about our needs for my mother, Deana was kind and understanding. I didn't even know where to begin the process. She worked quickly to find a facility that was close to my home and met my mother's financial and physical needs. Fortunately, they had a space open, and we were able to move her in right away. Care Patrol is a wonderful resource. I was referred to Care Patrol by PCP. Our family found ourselves in a predicament where we needed to move our parents immediately from living independently in their condo to an assisted living community. Aletha helped us navigate through all of it. We were able to place our parents where we know they are safe and cared for. What a big relief.
Deana was very helpful and concerned for both my husband and myself as his caregiver. I value her assistance and appreciate her friendship while navigating this new life journey.
Deana was so attentive, thorough and fast! We were in a bind because my mother got sick and was admitted to the hospital and we needed respite care for my disabled father ASAP. His needs are tricky and specific but she asked all the right questions and was able to find us an excellent solution very quickly and even thought of extra considerations we hadn't thought of such as a special hospital bed rental for his height (6'7"). She even followed up frequently to find out how things were going. I have already recommended Deana to others!
