Their customer service & support is 5 stars, the quality & selection of their products is 5 stars, their pricing is 5 stars, their product knowledge is 5 stars, repairs are done promptly and at a reasonable price plus they are a locally owned business which is also worth 5 stars in my opinion.

My husband and I are lifelong bicycle enthusiasts. We love to ride the trails however, as we age, we decided to investigate the Trek Verve +1 E-bike. We went to St. Joseph Bicycle Company and were warmly greeted by owner, Chris Gola. We test drove the bikes and made the decision to purchase 2 E-bikes plus Thule carrier.
Chris went above and beyond to provide instructions and self demonstrations to ensure we were comfortable with the bikes and carrier. The customer experience was exceptional. Chris is such a wonderful business asset to St. Joseph who takes outstanding care of his customers and the community.

This store carries a LOT more Electra bikes, parts, and accessories than other Trek stores, without having to go to a large city like Chicago or Indianapolis. Although I am not currently in the market for a new bike, when that time comes, I will check their stock first. That being said, I did purchase nearly $200 worth of Electra parts and accessories, so it was worth the drive.

I needed a wire for my Di2 shifting system, so I called Devin, and he had what I needed. He was super busy with two other customers when I arrived, but helped me as soon as he could. He even verified that the wire was the correct one that I needed. St. Joe Bike Co. always keeps me riding. I cannot say enough about their product quality and service. A+
