There's always something happening!
I mainly swim and the pool hours fit my schedule. The art classes at the Davis Y also provide me with the opportunity to further develop my creativity.
The ones for seniors are good. The basketball clinic for my grandson is helpful

Exercising helps with the recovery of my total knee replacements to keep both knees moving. I get so stiff when Im not moving especially during the winter and I pack on extra weight that make it worse on my knees.

Your programs and activities are not only great for your health, but they also help you to make friends. The water aerobics class with Al is wonderful. Al is always there on time and gets us ready to go.

The Y is probably best known for its swimming. There are two pools that can accommodate those from young to old and in between. There are numerous programs to teach swimming.
The employees and members are all very friendly.
