Jillian was amazing. I am a single mom of three teen boys who have all started caring about how they look- but none of us know how to speak “hair”. After many bad cuts at many places we went to Floyd’s and Jillian walked us through the language of short hair cuts. She encouraged my son to be kind but discerning about what he wanted, and even wrote down the measurements and style choice for the next cut if we get another stylist. So kind and so helpful and my son felt great about himself when we left.
