I like this location. I get a consistent good haircut. Although I would say that the turnover at this location seems high. You have some good workers here. I hope you are treating them well and giving them a reason to stay. Good employees are the lifeblood of any business and they way you stay in business is to keep your employees happy. Yes, you pay them, but in many ways you work for them not the other way around. Your job is to create an environment that they don't even think about looking for other opportunities elsewhere. How you do accomplish that? Tell them you appreciate them. Then show you appreciate them with bonuses when you can, and catered meals, staff parties or other incentives when you can't.

I don’t know much about your products as I have not bought any. But what I do know is about the service that I was given by Lulu. She was one of a kind. I could tell she loves what she does and actually cares about who’s hair she is cutting. I shouldn’t even say cutting because it was more of an experience than just a regular haircut. She didn’t just small talk to fill in the time she actually cared about what I was saying. She should be the standard to Floyd’s 99. The end she rocks the house , I have no affiliation to her. I have never met her nor heard about her. I was just lucky enough to be linked up with her give her a raise because she deserves it like I said the standard they broke the mold with her. Thank you for hiring such a decent person .
