The laid back feel and everyone is always so nice to my 5 year old. The only problem is I always get charged for a men’s haircut even though I book him for the kid’s.

The stylist I had on my last visit was amazing in his attention to detail. He will certainly become my regular stylist going forward. It was a great haircut - and I have not had one that good in a while.

I can always count on her to do it right.

Personally I like the shoulder massage after the cut. It doesn’t seem like this would be important but it is. If you could increase the amount of time massaging I would be happy.

Very happy with ease of booking and staff are great, especially Thai. I would recommend considering lowering the volume of the music. It's hard to communicate well with the stylists, especially if they're masked.
