All my hairstylists/barbers at various Floyd’s 99 have been competent and skilled. I haven’t received a bad haircut at any of the various Floyd’s locations I’ve been to.

Princess was a joy to talk to and really did my hair up nicely! She checked in with me several times about my hair length and if I wanted to go shorter. I really enjoy the hot face towel and neck massager afterwards too, those were unexpected but really nice!

I have been going to Thai to get mine and my kids haircut for about 8 years. It would be nice if you had a rewards program or get your 5th cut free.
