I'm bummed that she mentioned that she will be moving to Seattle soon. Although Shelby assured me not to worry as she'd pass me on to one of her close colleagues. It’s easy to schedule last minute, it’s affordable especially for shorter hair, so I’m able to go more often. The stylists have all been talented and friendly. I am usually satisfied with my look. The stylist asks good questions and helps make sure that I like it.

I appreciate the attention to detail within the allotted time.

It's hard to get a good haircut that's not at stupid salon prices

Today was the first time I visited Floyd’s barbershop. I had an appointment at 1:30 and I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. I was seen at my exact appointment time. I requested an appointment the day prior. I asked for a beard service and a haircut. My barber did a phenomenal job. She asked what type of haircut I wanted. I proceeded was showing her a picture of what I was wanting to get or something similar. She passed my expectations. This is the first time I had gotten a professional haircut since the start of the pandemic. Are usually cut my own hair at home and don’t do the best job sometimes. It felt really good going to a professional and the end results were amazing. She offered for a complementary hot towel as well. The barber also offered some hair product and considering there was a two for $30 sale I decided to buy something while I was there. The environment of the barbershop was a positive one. Plenty of open seats, I felt safe and comfortable, and it was not busy. The music was not too loud either. I was able to carry a conversation with the barber and the receptionist. I will definitely go back again and try to convince my partner to go in the future.
