Okay look I got some feedback. One I'm in tech and software development so these might be a little bit different but I feel like y'all need to do a better job at knowing your customers. It's a little bit frustrating when every time I come in I have to mention my haircut style that I like and all that and The barber that I have with y'all is the best I've ever had so I know it's not him and I don't think it should be on him to remember every single person's preferences. But it would be awesome when I came in and had an appointment book the barber had an iPad or something at his chair and knew exactly who I was what I like to cut my favorite sports teams or whatever it might be.

Next like many softwares I would like for the haircut pricing to be a little bit more dynamic. My haircut was literally 8 minutes and half of it was with clippers and it cost $38 with a $5 tip. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense for me for that to cost the same as someone that could take 45 minutes to get their haircut.

The staff are all kind, compassionate people who understand and are happy to work around personal issues (e.g. fibromyalgia tender points, ptsd & feeling uncomfortable being touched, etc). I habe several family members & friends who won't go anywhere but Floyd's!

The staff are very professional. And I feel very safe at Floyd’s barbershop. I feel comfortable talking about my personal life and getting to know the barbers. I really appreciate that Floyd’s barbershop respects everybody’s pronouns and are LGBTQ+ friendly.
