Like every other barber shop/salon, not all stylists are equal in their skill. I needed to go through several stylists before I was finally paired with Oksana. My overall experience with everyone else was... Well, it was okay. I always had a complaint. There was always some detail that wasn't paid enough attention. Something that I always needed to fix myself at home. It was annoying.

Oksana is on another level though. She takes her time in prep and always makes sure to understand my goals. I wish that I could say that Floyd's as a whole is a cut above the rest, but my experience so far has been vastly similar to everywhere else. Go through stylists at a shop until you land on one you like. So in the previous question about how likely I am to recommend Floyd's. It's a 10, as long as Oksana is there. I will follow her wherever she goes.
