The facilities and equipment is always clean which is very important to me. I live in Burnet and drive 45 minutes every time for a haircut from this location because I know whoever cuts my hair here will do an amazing job.

Stylist skill level is typically above average vs the big chain shops.
I really like my stylist and the product recommendations she has made. I am not super happy about the cust service provided by other staff. Not allowing a customer to enter the stir at 10:58 when the store opens at 11:00 is not the best experience. "You will need to wait outside until we open." This is simply one example but one that should be considered when training staff on providing a great customer experience.
