The service is always nice but sometimes when you make a reservation online in the time you get to the store, they don’t show reservation. I think you guys have a glitch in your system. No big deal.

Mandy, aka Megan?, is a great stylist and has excellent interpersonal skills. I also like the change to lower the music volume she implemented as manager. I’m not old… the acoustics are bad. Which is a dumb design idea considering sharp implements are whipping around your head. Can you imagine the hideous haircuts, and dye jobs, that would come out of there because of miscommunications due to an inability to hear your client? Good managerial decision.
