We finally found a place that can cut my son's hair and he was satisfied. They were very nice and welcoming. He couldn't stop talking about the environment and layout of this place.

The stylist that did my son’s hair was very patient with him and was able to scissor cut his hair instead of needing to use the trimmer. I was very appreciative of this.

Mandy is amazing and she has been cutting and coloring my hair for a few years now. I have followed her from the Flower Mound location. She also cuts all 3 of my son’s hair and I even recommended her to my ex husband. He goes there now too! I drive about 20 mins to see her. I really like the Coppell location, the front desk personnel and other hairstylists are very nice and professional.

Speaking of our last trip to Floyd’s. It was really good. We got to sit in the chair within minutes after arrival, the stylist was very friendly. It was very attentive towards my son’s needs. My son doesn’t like to get his haircut as much as I would hope, and she asked a few times if it was hurting him when she was cutting his hair. Of course it was not hurting him it’s just how my son is he’s just not one for liking to get this haircut. I appreciate you asking a few times if he was OK.
