I like your store and the service I get, but I did not get the stylist I wanted. We had been going to her for like 3 years. I think there has been an issue with her availability but was disappointed that when I made the appt she was not going to even be in the store but then magically a couple days later she was there and entirely booked. Hoping to get back with her the next time. Disappointed we couldn’t get our haircut with her.

Ashley is so great with my younger boys. She is super professional and takes her time to make sure their hair turns out exactly how they want it. And she always asks me at the end of if I like it. My son got a little rash from the last hair cut and she made sure it didn’t happen this time and didnt even charge us for the cut.
Maddy is awesome, outside of always getting great haircuts and beard trims. She remembers previous conversations. Very personable

Krystal was absolutely amazing. I went in for a haircut but knew at some point I needed a color. She went ahead & did the consultation with her & she said I can do it now!! When I say the best color & cut I’ve had in a long time. Already booked my next appointment. She also offered to wash & style my hair while I’m unable to do my hair for a good price. I’m so glad I found you guys!!! My son & hubby will be coming too.

I live about 30 minutes from this location and pass other locations to come tot he Floyd’s in Allen because of Maddie. She does an amazing job every time and is so easy to talk to throughout the process
