Shaughn was fantastic. Her attention to detail and time spent on the tiny things meant a lot. My son truly enjoyed his experience. I don’t remember her name, but a young lady came over and did a star on the side when Shaughn inquired about it instead of just telling him she couldn’t do it. They both went above and beyond.
