I've had mixed feelings until I had a really bad haircut. I went back in to express my frustration.
Astrid was willing to take the time to do what she could with what she was working with, asking with the understanding of an unpleased customer who was not likely to tip but I don't get the sense that's why she did it. So many times I deal with business that don't prioritize the customer, that is my day so hard for me to swallow. From that point, I only make appointments with her and have been 100% satisfied. I don't know much about the business but IMO I think it makes sense not to risk a bad haircut. Unproven/ less experienced stylists should be limited to certain cuts until they have shown capacity to 1) understand what the customer wants and 2) make it happen.
