Hayden is incredible! Great cuts, excellent customer service and I commute to the Mockingbird location because of this. I live closer to two other locations but I always get consistent service at Mockingbird.

Melissa is always great. She’s the reason I go back to Floyds at Mockingbird ( I live in McKinney.). I didn’t feel welcomed by the manager who greeted me. He was upset because I booked a double appointment and felt like he wanted to make an example out of me. I apologized but kept trying to talk down to me.
