I only gave this a 10 because I love Kristi and the scoring on this site is screwed up so that it doesn’t reflect the stylist favorably unless it’s a 10.
That shop uses her like a workhorse though so 0 for them.

My barber was great, he was friendly, personable, and did a fantastic job on my hair. He took the time to pay attention to detail and did exactly what I asked for. He's a keeper!
