Phoebe is the best. I have gotten multiple different haircuts and I ALWAYS leave the shop looking at least twice as handsome as I walked in. Mullet? FIRE! Clean cut formal? GAS! Mid length/growing out the flow? CUTE! Get your hair cut here and you won’t be disappointed.
