Cecily was great! It was my first time at Floyd’s and she was very welcoming and understanding of my requests. She even let me come back in a few days later to adjust a few things that I missed during my first visit at no extra cost! Highly recommend her!!

Jorge was awesome! I’ve gone 6 months without a haircut and he was patient yet quick. My hair was super long and heavy, but he worked with it to make it look professional and stylish!

Mostly, it’s the people working at the North Loop location. They are all highly skilled but, it goes beyond that. There is a certain feeling of being happy with their jobs that strike me in a unique way. They are like a big and happy family and really do aim to please. The stylist that i use is Kristi and she is the perfect example! An amazing human being and yes, she cuts hair.

Tim cut my hair. He was very concerned about giving me what I want and took his time to stand back and observe how the cut looked. Super nice guy and I will go back to him again.
