I like the convenience of Floyd’s because it’s close to everything and the quality of services for the price is great. I feel like each of the different professionals who have cut my hair have been both technically skilled and experienced in customer service. I like that it feels like an LGTBQ+ friendly place and all of the staff have been respectful and friendly. It wasn’t my first barber shop as a queer masc person, but it is my go to and I would, and have, recommended it to others, especially Phoebe and Jorge.
