Chelsea was amazing! I have been going to someone else for years and was not able to see them for a long time so I chose Floyd’s. I mentioned it to her and she was completely understanding of how hard and scary it is to trust someone else with your hair. She was so gentle and precise and very friendly. When I got home and blow dried my hair I LOVED IT!! Thank you so much Chelsea and Floyd’s for having great ppl!
