I make appointments, but at times I have short notice and end up doing a walk in. The flexibility with making a Scheduled appointment or walk in is so easy, and the staff is always friendly & helpful with setting up an appointment or with the hair products.
Your prices are too high but I come for Kent who does a great job and I’ll deal with the cost for a good haircut
If he left I wouldn’t come and pay at your price point.

The shampoo. However, my stylist for this visit seemed distracted and rushed through the process. Didn’t complete some of the requested items such as a hard part.

Chelsea always gets me right every single time! I swear I will give her the vaguest description of what I want imaginable, but it's like she can see inside my mind. My haircut is perfect every time. Plus she is so sweet and kind when making conversation while she cuts my hair. The rest of the staff is always nice and friendly as well.
