As a client of Floyd's Oviedo for the past three years, I have consistently received high-quality service from Melissa C, who provides monthly haircuts and beard trims. Her work is consistently exceptional, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. I highly recommend her services. However, I would like to bring to your attention some areas for improvement regarding the facility's maintenance. Specifically, the lack of functional climate control and instances of equipment malfunction create a less-than-optimal environment for clients. It is essential to prioritize a comfortable working environment for stylists, as extreme temperatures can negatively impact their performance.
