The girl that cuts, my hair is always friendly and a beat and I like that. She also cuts my hair and an excellent way and it always looks super nice when she’s done I like that too.. she even has powder to put it on my neck so that the hair doesn’t pick at me. I call that being prepared for anything..

The products are top shelf. High quality at a reasonable price and a great variety. Services are great. This is not just a haircut, it is an experience. The People.........second to none! Whether it is the cashier greeting me or my favorite stylist Melissa, every Floyd's teammate is friendly, courteous, and efficient. Melissa goes out of her way to make sure my style is perfect. I have spent 40 years using military barbers and now will not think of using another barber than Floyd's in Oviedo because of this team.

The location at Oveido was fabulous, Melanie gave feedback and suggestions. She was very knowledgeable and professional. The original reservation was made with Floyd's at UCF, I received a call 30 minutes or so before my scheduled appointment stating they did not have any stylists available to service me. That is unacceptable as I made that appointment Wednesday and was only notified 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. I barely made it to the Oveido location on time because of the late notice. The person who informed me was not very apologetic nor offered much of an explanation. I will never book with the location at UCF again. Very disappointed with the service and disregard I received.
I love the employees at the shop. The entire team here in Oviedo is always great and very attentive. I can really say I have never had a bad experience.
