I’ve only been a couple times but the staff is always so friendly and welcoming! Other places I’ve always struggled with the stylists not listening but here they seem to put such a great deal of care into understanding what your asking for, I really appreciate that level of care!

Quality of service

Consistency is a big thing for me. I don’t have the luxury to always go to the same stylist with my profession and the demanding travel schedule. I hope that Floyd’s continues to deliver a high expectation from their stylists to learn and execute at or above standard so customers like myself know the end result will be awesome regardless of who is behind the chair.
