The place is a total vibe, but what’s most impressive is the skill level of the barbers and stylists. They know what they’re doing. The most terrifying thing to hear when a person wants to get their hair cut is, “What do you want?” The barber/stylists should evaluate the hair growth patterns and listen to the customer’s comments and then make a decision. When I go somewhere and they ask me every five minutes, “Is that okay?” I lose all faith in them and know the cut will be average or worse. i really love the expertise at Floyd’s Barbershop. Even other customers who were passing by looked great. Thanks!

James is excellent with hands of Tai Chi. His style and technique is soothing and relaxing. He provides an experience that should make him a “headliner.” He is why I keep going back.

Chris Lowe was my stylist and I can honestly say I dont think I've ever had a better experience at any salon before. He listened to my request on how I wanted to style my hair and walked me through the process of how we could make that happen. He was very friendly and attentive to my needs. The results came out amazing and I will definitely be returning to him going forward as my new stylist.
