I arrived early and was taken in early. Big deal because the cut was for my autistic nephew who has a short threshold of time before he starts getting ansy.

As well, Ria was absolutely fabulous as a person and artist. Her demeanor helped my nephew feel at ease and it was the best haircut he's hever had and best experience with a haircut ever.

Store is clean and the staff I have encountered have been friendly. My barber ran late on my last appointment and another stylist took care of me as I was on a tight schedule. They don't push product or criticize your current regimen. I actually tip more here than anywhere I have gone to before.

Mary Rose is meticulous and very caring when she is styling hair and taking care of her clients. Her constant assurance and asking for feedback is great, especially when you are critical about how your hair and beard look. She is pleasant to talk with and does not overwhelm you with too much. It really is a great experience and time well spent.
